For those unable to afford full legal costs due only to income levels, Justice Net Members can qualify for reduced rates for specific matters. In order to qualify for Justice Net rates or privileges, you have to be registered with JN to qualify for the lower rates;

As of this time, Shainhouse Paralegal does not take retainer fees but rather bills for work done; should we take your  case under JN reduced rates, then we will bill you at our regular rates and then  provide additional time at not charge, once the invoice provided is paid.

To qualify, the client has to provide us with a copy of their T1 Tax return for the previous year and your notice of Assessment.

Justice Net clients are provided with 10-15 minutes of free consultation;

Note that our Review Fee is non discountable and is not subject to JN reduced rates.

We do not take cases under JN rates for  Property or Business owners.

If the client is seeking to sue a party in Small Claims Court, then we will only consider ONE matter under JN rates. Note that Contingency fees are not subject to JN reduced rates.
