Welcome

Shainhouse holds a BSc from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management Studies and a Paralegal Cerfificate from Humber College. In Addition, Shainhouse was a member, for over 20 years,  of the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Associaiton and sat on the Ethics committee.. He also was a licenced Real Estate Agent in the 90's. Mr. Shainhouse was, until recently in the Property Mangement field for over 40 years where he developed extensive knowledge in Landlord-Tenant relations, accounts payable and collection matters as well as residential and commericial leasing. Mr Shainhouse has represented clients before the Assessment Review Board for over 40 years.
