We specialize in Mediation. We also provide Landlord and Tenant services, Small Claims Court representation. We can represent our clients in all Ontario Court Matters except Superior and Appeals court. We can represent our clients on all Provincial and Federal Tribunal Matters. We have over 45 years experience in Landlord and Tenant Matters and have represented clients for over 40 years before the Assessment Review Board

Our rates are dependent upon the type and complexity of the work required. Basic documentation starts at a rate  $150 per hour. Our rates increase  to a maximum of $350 per hour  for Mediation and Tribunal representation. Court representation is $ 1500 per six hour day and preparation is at $250 per hour.  Our rates are charged in minimum 1/4 hour intervals. For hardship cases, our rates can be reduced. We offer contingency fees only on Assessment Review Board Matters when the appealing of your property assessment. (This valuation is used to calculate your property taxes)

We prefer to meet the client initially by telephone conversation or Zoom meetings. We will also come to your home. We service the area bounded by Hwy 7 to Bloor and Dufferin to Bayview.
